Where do our products come from?
– Our products come from Montenegro. They are personally made and printed.
Are the prints signed by the artist?
– Yes, all printed merch is signed by me.
How to find out when out of stock merchandise are restocked?
– If you are subscribed, you will receive an email every time there is a restock or new item added to the shop. Also, you can follow me on Instagram for any updates.
ABOUT SHIPPING
Does your shop ship to my country?
– Yes. We ship worldwide through the international post or couriers.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
– You will receive an email once your order is being shipped. Also, you will receive a tracking code for it.
On which days do you ship?
– All shipments will be done on Monday and Thursdays, depending on which day you place your order and how long it takes to be made.
What are the shipping costs?
– Shipping costs are detailed on this page. They are also mentioned in the shopping cart.
How long will I wait to receive my favorite Kpop products?
– It depends. Due to the current pandemic, all customers from Europe will have to wait around 10-20 days, whereas everyone else depending on the geographical distance can wait around 2-6 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?
– The order can be canceled as long as it doesn’t have the “finalized” status. If the order is finalized, the order can no longer be canceled.
Can I change my order details after the payment has been processed?
– If you made a mistake while adding your order details, please make sure to reach out to me as soon as possible so that we can make an update. You can reach out via Contact page.
Is there a limit for how many products I can add to my order?
– No. The only thing to keep in mind is that for very large packages we would have to determine the shipping costs after the order is placed.
