About me
Hi everyone! My name is Aleksandra, I’m from Montenegro and some of you already know me as Ledo. If you are on this page, that means you would like to know more about me and this website. So let’s dive into it! 😊
Growing up I was always holding a pencil and paper and loved to play with them. Also, was a huge fan of cartoons, so I grew up watching Addams Family, Beetlejuice, Digimon and other not so common cartoons/anime.
It was high school when I started drawing more frequently but never went to an art school. As a geek for math and computers as well, I went on to study Computer Technologies but promised myself that one day I will find a way to finish at least some course tied to illustration. Even in college taking any animation or design classes was a must.
Fast forward 2012 and I’m a student at an Animation school (while still in college) trying to learn how to make 2D cartoons in a traditional way, you know, the way that old Disney movies were made. This was the period where I was spending 8+ hours a day just drawing.

In 2019 I decided to start my own art account on Instagram and here we are today!
Over the years I have won various awards (for solo and group projects), had multiple news articles written about my art and have even been part of few exhibitions in Montenegro and Germany.
I’ve worked on creating animated music videos, cartoons, commercials; illustrating various backgrounds for photographers, magazines; and probably one that most people are aware of is project for Korean Embassy in Serbia that was completed in 2021 and 2022. In 2023 I had a first book published with cover and illustrations done by me (huge milestone).
Also, my personal ongoing project (started in 2021) is Sir Cat. Project is created around one of my original characters a ghost black cat (Sir Cat). The intention behind the project is to bring attention to the things/issues that we are seeing in everyday life where I use stories that come with each illustration to talk about those issues in order to break the taboo or try and bring some comfort to those who need it.
Creating the website and the shop was pretty much unavoidable. Since there are many people who are interested in buying the illustrations or merch, and Instagram is really not offering a nice way to put everything out there (or I just still don’t know how to use it), I decided on creating my own website & shop.
Here you will be able to find various types of prints, stickers, photo cards, things to wear with your favorite illustration, or some interesting accessories.
